Radio 1629 AM Newcastle is a community narrowcast radio station broadcasting on 1629 AM in Newcastle, New South Wales. The station plays easy listening music from the 1930s through to the 1960s and beyond, including classics, jazz, country, light pop, light rock and instrumental. It is run by volunteer broadcasters and features a variety of local programs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
